Cascade Training Solutions Announces Acquisition of Columbia Industrial Training & Education
Further Advances Strategy to Build a Leading Healthcare Certification and Workplace Safety Training Provider

SEATTLE, WA – Seaside Equity Partners-backed Cascade Training Solutions is pleased to announce it has acquired Columbia Industrial Training & Education (“CITE” or the “Company”), a leading provider of workplace safety and OSHA training, certification, and continuing education solutions.
CITE provides a suite of training and certification solutions to a longstanding base of enterprise and retail clients. Greg Hoole founded the Company in 2009 and will continue as Director of Operations of Cascade’s Workplace Safety Division.
