Absolute Performance Completes Fifth Add-on with the Acquisition of Aldrich Technology’s Managed IT Services Business

San Diego, CA – Absolute Performance, Inc. (“API”), a Seaside Equity Partners, LLC (“Seaside Equity”) portfolio company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Managed IT Services business from Aldrich Technology LLC (the “Company”), a leading provider of Managed IT solutions offering full IT support and co-managed IT services to organizations in the Western United States.
Aldrich Technology’s Managed IT Services business specializes in network and systems management, compliance, service desk and support, virtual CIO, and business advisory services. The Company will further strengthen and expand API’s end-to-end IT managed services and cybersecurity solutions.
