Jesse Kay is a Principal on the investment team. Jesse is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments.

Prior to joining Seaside, Jesse was an investment banker at Shea & Company, where he advised on transactions within the software and technology-enabled services sectors.

Jesse holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.

Rob La Rue is a Principal on the investment team. Rob is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments.

Prior to joining Seaside, Rob was a private equity investment professional at Alliance Consumer Growth in Los Angeles. Earlier in his career, Rob worked in investment banking at Stifel and Houlihan Lokey.

Rob holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.

Hiral Pithadia is a Managing Director on the investment team. Hiral is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments.

Prior to joining Seaside, Hiral was an investment professional at Leeds Equity Partners in New York, where he pursued investments within the education, training and technology sectors. Earlier in his career, Hiral worked in the Business Services Group at William Blair & Co.

Hiral holds a B.B.A. and B.A. from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
